### 1. What is Spark AI?

Spark AI is an **AI**-powered chat companion application designed to provide users with personalized emotional companionship and role-playing experiences. By interacting with the **AI**, you can enjoy deep conversations and immersive experiences in a secure and privacy-protected environment.

### 2. Is Spark AI free to use?

Spark AI offers **basic free features**, but we also have **subscription plans** (e.g., Plus, Pro, and Ultra) that provide additional features and customization options. Subscribers can enjoy more advanced conversational capabilities, longer interaction times, and more role-playing content.

### 3. What does "Unlimited Content" refer to?

"Unlimited Content" refers to **adult content** intended for users who wish to engage in role-playing or more adult-oriented conversations. Enabling this feature allows for deeper and more intimate interactions with the **AI**. Please note that **only users aged 18 and above** can enable these features.

### 4. I just downloaded the **App**. Why must I confirm my age? What happens if I don't confirm?

Spark AI is an **18+** application that includes adult content. According to legal and app store regulations, we must **verify your age**. If you do not confirm that you are 18 or older, or if you choose to disagree, you will not be able to enter and use the **Application**.

### 5. What happens when I run out of the 50 free messages per day? Will my previous chat records be deleted?

Once the free quota is used up, you will not be able to send new messages, but you can view all your **historical chat records** at any time. To unlock **unlimited chatting**, you will need to subscribe to one of our paid plans. Upon subscription, your message limit will be immediately reset.

### 6. I'm having a bad chat experience with a **BOT**. I want to start over but don't want to delete the current conversation. What should I do?

You can use the **"Start New Chat"** feature. On the left side of the input box at the bottom of the chat page, there is a **"speech bubble" icon**. Clicking it will start a brand-new, separate conversation with the same **BOT**, and the previous chat history will remain intact. You can find multiple conversations with the same **BOT** in your chat list.

### 7. I'm not satisfied with the **BOT**'s reply. Can I ask it to rephrase its response?

Yes. Next to the message bubble of the **BOT**'s latest response, there is a **\[Regenerate] icon**. Clicking it will prompt the **AI** to generate an alternative answer.

### 8. I made a typo or want to rephrase a message I sent. Can I edit it?

Yes. Click on any message you have sent, and a **"..." menu** will appear. Select **"Edit"**, and the message content will be pre-filled back into the bottom input box. After making changes, sending it again will replace the original message.

### 9. What is the "My Persona" feature used for?

This is the identity you adopt when chatting with the **BOT**s. You can create multiple **Personas** (such as "Adventurer," "Student") and switch between them when chatting with different **BOT**s to achieve a more immersive role-playing experience. You need to set at least one **default Persona** before you can start chatting.

### 10. Why have some **BOT**s I favorited later disappeared?

This is likely because you **turned off the "Unlimited Mode"** in your "Settings." This mode controls whether adult content (**NSFW**) is displayed. When turned off, all **BOT**s labeled **18+** will be hidden, including those you previously favorited or liked.

### 11. I created a **BOT** and set it to public. Why can't others find it?

All newly created **BOT**s must undergo **content review** before they become publicly visible. In **"My Robots"** -> **"My Creations,"** you will see the **BOT** is in an **"Under Review"** status. Once the review is approved, the "Under Review" tag will disappear, and other users will be able to see it.

### 12. What does "Connections" mean on the **BOT**'s homepage?

"Connections" refers to the **total number of unique users** who have historically initiated a conversation with that **BOT**. It is an indicator that reflects the **BOT**'s popularity.

### 13. How can I block or report a **BOT** I dislike?

Go to the **BOT**'s homepage, where you will find the **"Report"** and **"Block"** buttons. When reporting, you need to select a reason and provide additional explanation. Once blocked, the **BOT** will permanently disappear from your view.

### 14. Can I change my nickname and profile picture?

Yes. Please go to the **"Me"** page, click on your profile picture to change it, and click the **edit icon** next to your nickname to modify your nickname.

### 15. If I subscribe to a paid plan and decide I don't want to use it, can I get a refund?

Paid subscriptions are handled and managed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. **Refund requests** must be made according to the policies of the respective app store; please **contact Apple or Google customer support directly**.
