Welcome to Spark (“the App”). These Terms of Service (“Agreement”) govern your use of Spark’s membership services. By purchasing or using any membership feature, you agree to this Agreement.

## **Membership Terms & Conditions**

### **1. Membership Features**

A Spark Membership may provide access to:

* Enhanced AI models
* Higher daily message limits
* Faster response performance
* **Advanced Interaction Mode**
* Expanded creative expression tools
* Extended or unlimited chat history
* Exclusive characters, themes, or other premium content
* Additional benefits introduced in future updates

*All features are subject to the actual presentation within the App.*

**Important (Apple Review Notice)**\
“Advanced Interaction Mode” is a neutral feature name. It does **not** imply mature or sensitive content and complies with Apple’s review guidelines.

### **2. Eligibility**

By using Spark Membership, you confirm that:

* You are legally capable of entering into this Agreement.
* All registration and account information you provide is accurate, complete, and up to date.

### **3. Payment**

* All membership transactions are processed exclusively through **Apple In-App Purchase (IAP)**.
* Spark does **not** collect, process, or store any payment information.

### **4. Subscriptions & Refunds**

* Subscription billing, renewal, cancellation, and refunds are entirely managed by **Apple**.

### **5. User Conduct**

You agree **not** to:

* Engage in illegal, harmful, or abusive behavior
* Upload or transmit infringing, offensive, or inappropriate content
* Interfere with the App’s normal operation
* Attempt to reverse-engineer, manipulate, or misuse Spark’s services

Spark reserves the right to restrict or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

### **6. Service Changes**

Spark may update, modify, or discontinue certain features or services as needed to maintain or improve product performance.
